Готовка на костре, это моё любимое занятие, потрескивание костерка, на улице уже смеркается и всё обретает особый шик. Друид феофан покажет вам как он выживает в таёжных избах, настраивает таёжный быт, топит печь, заготавливает дрова на ночь, кипятит котелок с чаем на таёжном костре. В этом видео вы увидите спрятанную в глубине соснового бора необычную избу. Таких построек я ещё не встречал на своём пути, у избы мы увидим много чего интересного, различные инструменты, предметы быта и всякие другие вещи и предметы необходимые для жизни в тайге. Зимовьё мне очень понравилось, в Карелии я много встречаю построек но такую встретил в первые. В избе было всё от вилки до тазика. Я колол дрова, разжигал костёр, затапливал печь, я был счастлив, время от времени, осматривая всё что было вокруг меняхозяин избы

In this episode, my dad and I tow the snowmobile camper to a new location, where I establish a winter camp. After taking my dad home, I returned on my own the next day. I felled a dead-standing Elm during the day, and walked among a chorus of wolf howls at night. I also constructed a primitive «rock radiator» to heat my shelter throughout the night.

In this series we use materials around us to construct a small forest cabin.

Well use cedar, pine, ash, maple, and whatever else we can scrounge up from the 30 acres around us. The aim is to avoid using as much store bought material as possible and keep the budget reasonably low.

Originally we set a budget of $1000, but that included the use of a frame from an old camper trailer. As we build, the budget will remain flexible in effort to produce a cabin that we are proud of and one that will last a long while, be comfortable, and sleep real human beings.

Its one year since I started this journey of building my off grid log cabin, which was a dream of mine since I was a kid and last October 2018 I decided and took the courage to start with this huge build by myself. Since then I came a long way, working in every weather imaginable, seeing many amazing sunsets and overcoming every obstacle in order to have the log cabin as it is now. I documented most of my work and put all of the best moments into this 2 hour documentary. I think I have another year to completely finish the house, but Im more than happy whit what Ive done so far.
